Health Care – As introduced, removes from code an outdated requirement that the polysomnography professional standards committee hold at least one public meeting each year during the years 2007 through 2010 to allow public discussion of new developments in the practice of polysomnography.

Caption Bill – In confusing language, says that children who have been in state custody for “a continuous period of time that began prior to the effective date of this act and continues through the effective date of this act” — are not considered minors that fall under the law.

Amends TCA Title 4; Title 14; Title 49 and Title 63.
