A Community of Prayer
PRAY WITH US
We believe prayer is the foundation of everything we do. Here are the specific areas where we are asking God to move in our state and across our nation.
Tennessee Stands seeks to empower Christians to pray specifically for:
- Legislation being written and presented during session.
- Legislators who are bound by oath to represent their constituents.
- For spiritual revival to spread through Tennessee.

"We must begin to believe that God, in the mystery of prayer, has entrusted us with a force that can move the Heavenly world, and can bring its power down to earth." -Andrew Murray
The Tennessee Government Prayer Alliance connects Christians with their state and federal representatives so that they can faithfully pray for those in authority by name. Visit their website for a prayer guide and to sign up for their weekly emails and alerts.

For over 50 years, Intercessors for America has lead believers in praying for our federal government and its leaders. IFA fulfills its mission through news, prayer, and action. Since 2022, IFA has also connected Christians at the state level to join in prayer about state-specific issues, providing opportunities for connection and prayer at the local level.
